Media Blvd Magazine
Here’s an interview I did recently with Christina Radish for Media Blvd Magazine. They’re conducting a giveaway in conjunction with the publication, giving signed copies of the first three books away, so if you’re into autographs, you can give it a try. It’s open until May 30. Enjoy!

Great interview and insight on who Jennifer Rardin is and all the questions i would otherwise ask her too …beside the ones related to specific characters
I just bought the 3rd installment in Jaz’s serie, and stayed up until 4 a.m. to finish it. I REALLY enjoyed it!
Looking forward to august
Thank you for writing the books!

I just read your interview, i really liked it! you gave me such an insite into your life.
I have to say it will be really hard, as a reader, when the 5th book comes out because it’ll be like the end of an era. Im such a huge reader and i’ve only ever felt like this with one other series and thats the Harry Potter series. While everyone bought there last H/P book and finished it in a day mine sat on my book shelf for a week before i could bring myself to read it, it’s the end of an adventure and as the reader you feel like you’ve been with them the whole way.
So it’ll be sad but its exciting at the same time!
Anyway just thought you should know that i enjoyed the interview…lol

OMG Alina, I hope you got to sleep in after that marathon reading session! (But so cool that the story kept you glued that long!)
I’m glad you liked the interview, Nikki. I thought I sounded a little garbled at times, but that’s me!

Awesome interview. Very inspiring and informative!
Short question, if you’re allowed to answer it anyway, LOL!
What kind of TV script did you write? *is curious*

I wrote several scripts for business videos, including one for a driver’s ed. video on motorcycle safety that’s still being aired in classrooms today.
Also wrote a 13-episode series for children that aired at the station where I worked. My point in mentioning those was that, in my view, any kind of writing you do professionally makes you better. In the biz video cases, I had to learn how to get my point across within certain segements of time, and since we’re all a pretty long-winded group, anything that forces you to be brief is good. Also, writing to please a client gives you a chance to explore the language in ways you might not have otherwise. (Though I have to tell you, I learned quickly they hardly ever knew what they wanted, and many couldn’t tell good writing if it clubbed them upside the head.)

Ooooh, I see. That sounds interesting, though the motorcycle thing sounds quite tricky!
Yeah, every kind of writing is experience in some way and practice and I’m sure you got a lot of insight in different writing styles like that.
And haha, fools! Though they did have a great writer with you around!
