Movie Popcorn
I’m craving it madly. But even more so now that I’ve seen the previews of Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland. Anybody planning on taking it in when it hits theaters? Hey, tell you what, let’s make this even more scientific. Who’s going to see what in the next few days, weeks, eventually . . .
A. Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland
B. Cop Out with Bruce Willis
C. Paul with Simon Pegg and Nick Frost
D. Other (links welcome!!)

I am thinking about Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief. Maybe on Sunday. And of course there must be popcorn with it, a big tub and a bottle of water for the salt.

I’m looking forward to watching Shutter Island. I saw a preview last summer and have been waiting ever since.

Oh man, you need an “All of the above” option!
I’d pick that and I wanna see The Crazies, Shutter Island, Repo Men, Green Zone, Leaves of Grass, Robin Hood, Iron Man 2, and a bunch of others! Yeah, I’m more than just a little excited about seeing the new movies this year.

I’m holding out to see the next in the Twilight saga. With the price of movie tickets and sitters we watch most on DVD.

Alice, is definitely on my list, as is Iron Man 2 and Clash of the Titans. Then there’s Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Undead. Sounds like my kind of movie! LOL

All of the above plus Iron Man 2. Love Robert Downey Jr. Already waiting for Wolverine 2!!! And the next Pirates of the Caribbean.

Alice is on my list, but not sure I’ll make it to theater. I’m not as up to date on movies as book releases this time of year.

Maybe A when it comes out here. I didn’t know B and C were coming out, but B sounds like fun!
My friend wants to see “Invictus”, which is coming out saturday here, so maybe I’ll go, even though I don’t really know. Have you seen it?

Alice in Wonderland looks really cool. The cast has a ton of big names and I think it would be cool to check it out on that alone. Cop Out looks funny but I will probably only go if someone else wants to see it.

Sherlock Holmes, Fantastic Mr Fox (still haven’t seen them) and Alice are definitely on my list to see within the next month (I have free/discount tickets to use up by the middle of March) but aside from that… there aren’t any that I plan on using those tickets on.
I will be seeing Eclipse when it comes out to witness the trainwreck and may be dragged along to Percy Jackson and How to Train Your Dragon.
Why yes, my choice in movies does generally seem to be that of a fourteen year old, but there are only awesome YA films coming out this year that I know of and I’ve already seen all the awesome adult movies this year.
I kind of dislike movie popcorn. If only because it tastes good during the trailers and first fifteen minutes of a film. I much prefer a banana caramel sundae with cookies and cream ice cream and a drink.
But popcorn at home while watching stuff on DVD is good. As buttery or caramelly as you like. Also, you can talk over the movie and no one complains.

Alice in Wonderland 3D is definitely top of the list and I’ve actually got tickets to the World Premiere in London, which is going to be a big surprise this coming Thursday for my daughters. Can’t wait! The previews look fantastic
Saw previews of Cop Out and Shutter Island in the US this week and those look good too, but who knows when they’ll come out here.

Not sure what else we are going to see.
Oh and there are some times that I just want to swing by the movie theater just to buy popcorn. LOL

Prince of Persia… that’s the big one I’m holding out for. Sands of Time had such a good storyline, I’m just hoping it translates to film ok.
